If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damage During Shipping:

While rare, postal handling may sometimes cause breakages (e.g., antennae or legs may detach). This is a standard industry issue, and while we take extra care in packaging, we cannot be held responsible for these occurrences. However, all shipments are insured. In the event of any damages (e.g., wing tears), please notify us immediately. With your help, we can file an insurance claim for the damage.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
