Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Damage During Shipping:

Although rare, postal handling may occasionally cause minor breakages (for example: detached antennae or legs). These issues are considered normal within the industry. We pack every item with exceptional care, but we cannot be held responsible for these small, non-structural occurrences.

However, all shipments are insured. If your item arrives with significant damage (such as torn wings or crushed frames), please notify us immediately. With your cooperation, we will file an insurance claim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
