Please let us know If you not satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to us. Buyer pays return shipping.

We are not responsible for postal shock that causes antenna or legs to break off or separate. This is standard industry practice. That said it is rare but it does happen. Shipments are insured, should the specimens have wing tears or damaged then insurance will handle that and as long as the buyer helps with the claim.
